Damaged Products - If your Brekky Mix arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Order - If you receive the wrong Brekky Mix variety or an incorrect order, we'll send you the correct product and cover any return shipping costs for the incorrect items.

Delivery Issues - Merricks Kitchen is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier to your specified delivery address.
