I LOVE this product. Truly such a good addition to my busy mornings. I now eat Brekky Mix everyday as a topping for my yoghurt bowls and find that my energy is steady almost everyday. I don't crash at 2/3pm anymore. As someone who is really busy throughout the week, this has made it so much easier for me to feel good and be productive. As soon as I stop eating it or choose something else for breakfast, I notice I crash again. Most likely because I also have a few coffee's a day. Could not recommend buying this product more! Delicious! Most things you eat that are "good for you" are also some sort of sacrifice. Like, "it tastes ok... I can tolerate it" kinda reactions. But Brekky Mix genuinely tastes good. And the fact that you're eating something that is also good for you make it also feel good.
Brekky Mix is absolutely soul satisfying! Fresh and delicious. I discovered it in a small local store and was instantly hooked, I subsequently ordered online after I finished my first bag and was delighted to have someone hand deliver my order to my home! My husband and I both love it. He adds fresh fruit and yogurt and I eat it straight out the bag to snack on the go or with milk as a cereal. I love both the chewy fruited version and the clean crunch of the original! We are definitely obsessed!
