SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

How Subscriptions Work When you purchase a subscription to Brekky Mix, you'll receive automatic monthly deliveries of your selected products. Subscriptions save you 10% on every order.

Billing Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically each month on your subscription date. You will receive an email confirmation before each shipment.

Managing Your Subscription You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time with no penalty or fees. To manage your subscription:

  • Click the link in any of your order confirmation emails
  • Log into your account and access your subscription settings
  • Contact us at itsallgood@merrickskitchen.com for assistance

Changes to your subscription (including cancellations, flavor changes, or delivery frequency) must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery date to take effect for that shipment.

Cancellation There are no commitments or minimum purchase requirements. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future deliveries, though any orders already processed cannot be cancelled.

Refunds on Subscription Orders Subscription orders follow the same refund policy as regular purchases. Please see our Refund Policy for details on damaged products or incorrect orders.


PRE-ORDERS

What is a Pre-Order When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Pre-orders allow you to secure your Brekky Mix when a product temporarily sells out.

Payment for Pre-Orders We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout and store your payment method. The remaining balance (if any) will be charged when your order ships. You will receive email notification before we fulfill and charge for your pre-order.

Cancelling Pre-Orders You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once your pre-order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund according to our Refund Policy.

Estimated Delivery Pre-order product pages will include estimated availability dates. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery dates may vary. We will notify you of any significant delays.
